Q: When will my items ship?

A: Items are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. If the item you ordered is in stock, you can expect to see it shipped the following ship day (for example, if you order on a Wednesday, you can expect your package to be shipped Friday). If the item you ordered is NOT in stock and is a made-to-order item, you will receive an email from me letting you know that it will be another week before your shipment is sent out. 

 

Q: How do you price your jewelry?

A: I consider my jewelry to be pieces of artwork. Prices are based on the following factors:

  • Hand painted vs printed bezel designs
  • Uniqueness of the jewelry design (if the beading or construction will be replicated at any point)
  • Time spent on the piece
  • Quality of materials used (e.g. base metals vs sterling silvers, or glass beads vs semi precious gemstone beads)

 

Q: How do you price your original art?

A: Art prices are based on the following factors:

  • Size of the piece
  • Time spent on the piece
  • Materials used
  • Price of the frame and matting (if applicable)

 

Q: Do you frame your own work?

A: Yes. I buy custom sized, unassembled frames from a third party supplier. I assemble them myself and use custom mats from another supplier.

 

Q: Do you print your own giclee prints?

A: Yes and no. The embellished and limited edition for sale are printed on my own printer (Canon Pixma Pro 10) on velvet art paper, and then I add the paint on top of that. Some of the smaller prints on the store are ordered and drop-shipped from a third party printer, Finerworks.

 

Q: How do you make the pillows and phone cases?

A: These products are printed and drop-shipped by a third party, Printful. I can personally attest to the quality of these products, as I have ordered them myself. 

 

Q: Do items that are drop-shipped still ship free?

A: Yes, as long as you are a US customer or your international order is above $30, your items will ship free, regardless of where they're being shipped from.
