Shipping and Returns
We ship only to the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
All shipping within the United States is free, including return shipping for qualifying returns.
If you need your order by a specific date, please Contact Us or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the date you need your package by. Please note that we will only be able to accommodate your request if it's in a reasonable time frame for the shipping option you chose. Asking for a 1 week delivery after using the free shipping option will not be available - we will request that you upgrade your shipping or wait the normal time period for the shipping method you chose.
Once the package has been shipped, Silver Lily Studio has no control over how fast it gets to you. We cannot offer a refund in the event of a delayed package. Refunds will only be made for packages officially marked as lost by USPS.
Customers are allowed 1 free resize per ring within 30 days of proof of delivery. After the first free resize, a labor charge will be billed to the customer. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with free return shipping. All you have to do is email email@example.com and explain why you want to return your item, then we'll send you the paid shipping label to print.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Fine Jewelry Lifetime Warranty
"Fine jewelry", for purposes of this company's warranty, is defined as any jewelry that is made from pure silver, sterling silver, or gold. If at any point your piece becomes damaged, repairs will be made for free. If the piece is damaged beyond repair due to no fault of the artist, a replacement can be made and sent for 60% of the original price. Buyers are responsible for paying shipping of their broken item to the artist.
Fashion Jewelry Two Year Limited Warranty
"Fashion jewelry", for the purposes of this company's warranty, is defined as any jewelry that does not fall under the "fine jewelry" umbrella. If at any point within your first two years of purchase your piece becomes damaged or needs its size adjusted, repairs will be made for free. If the piece is damaged beyond repair due to no fault of the artist within those first two years, a replacement can be made and sent for 60% of the original price. Buyers are responsible for paying shipping of their broken item to the artist.
